Communications, Change Management and Diversity & Inclusion team at FedEx Freight
Natashia Gregoire is a communications professional with more than 20 years of experience across a variety of communications disciplines. She joined FedEx Services in 2012 as a global media advisor and today leads the Communications, Change Management and Diversity & Inclusion team at FedEx Freight.
Natashia built her foundation in Journalism, writing and reporting for the Tampa Tribune and ESPN the Magazine. Throughout her career, she has supported some of the most respected leaders in business, including FedEx Chairman and Founder Fred W. Smith. During her six-year tenure at the advertising agency archer>malmo, Natashia counseled the leadership of global corporations on strategic public relations initiatives across a variety of industries from automotive to home services.
The daughter of a teacher, Natashia believes that access to education opens up a world of possibilities. She taught journalism classes at her alma mater, the University of Mississippi, and in her native country of Dominica, she taught English, French and literature to high school students.
At Ole Miss, Natashia was the first black woman and first international student to be named editor of the daily student newspaper, The Daily Mississippian. She and her staff tackled persistent racial issues facing the university and helped change the way the university is perceived. For her leadership and courage, Natashia was inducted into the university’s Hall of Fame.
Natashia enjoys public speaking and has addressed audiences around the world on topics such as corporate social responsibility, global connectivity, leadership and more. In her personal time, Natashia mentors and advises young professionals.
